Terms of service

Overview

This store is run by Momma Bears Creations, a family business in Enola, PA. "We," "us," and "our" mean Momma Bears Creations, including our Tattoo Luv product line. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Our products

Our products are handmade cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Because everything is made by hand in small batches, color, scent, and appearance can vary a little from the photos and from one batch to the next. Please review the ingredient list on each product page before you order, and stop using any product that doesn't agree with your skin.

Orders, pricing, and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep product information, prices, and stock accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed at the wrong price. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll let you know and refund that payment.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply only to the products and terms shown with each code, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed securely at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
