Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand in Enola, PA. Orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, which may need an additional shipping charge.

Problems with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or tracking shows it's lost, email us at shopify@mommabears.us within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details. We'll do our best to make it right.
